Note about editing demographics

The best way to edit demographics is when writing up the interaction (call, meeting, email etc.) where the client provided the details. This allows the system to accurately track the date when information was given, which is useful for understanding how up-to-date the information is.

When writing up a client interaction you should see a link to 'Edit demographics' at the bottom of the page. If you want to edit demographics as part of a client interaction, you should choose 'Cancel' below.

Alternatively, you can edit demographics directly from this page by hitting 'Continue'. If you do this, the system will create an admin note for you and attach the changes to it.
